Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing Visor in your Slack workspace or using the Visor platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Visor sp. z o.o.
2. The Service
Visor is an AI-powered operational calendar that reads your Slack channels and automatically detects and displays engineering events (releases, deployments, incidents, etc.) on a calendar interface.
3. Free Trial
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial ends, a valid payment method is required to continue using the service.
4. Billing
- Billing is based on the number of unique active Slack channel members across all monitored channels.
- If the same person is in multiple monitored channels, they are counted as one seat.
- Billing occurs monthly at the start of each billing period.
- Prices: Starter $18/seat (up to 20), Growth $23/seat (21–100), Scale $29/seat (101–300), Enterprise — contact us.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, the service will be suspended and your calendar will no longer be updated. Your event history remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
6. Data and Privacy
Visor processes Slack messages to detect operational events and generate summaries. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
7. Intellectual Property
Visor and its underlying technology, including the AI models and platform, are the exclusive property of Visor sp. z o.o. Your data remains your property. By using the service, you grant Visor a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership over any content processed through the platform.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Visor to violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated event detection will be accurate in all cases.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Visor sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
